Oaktoberfest/Trunk-or-Treat

Monday, October 24th, 2011

Please come and join us as we sell doughnuts, drinks, and Christmas quilt tickets at Oaktoberfest in Four Oaks on Saturday, October 29. Also, we will be having Trunk-or-Treat and a hayride through the graveyard at the church on Monday, October 31 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Bring your kids for plenty of candy and fun!

Announcements

A few reminders and announcements:

  • Homecoming will be on Sunday September 18th. The Watchman Quartet will be joining us for singing and a service.
  • It won’t be long before the time for our Christmas Country Store is upon us! Now is the time to start gathering materials/other things to make stuff for the store.
Also: A great big welcome to the five new church members we have gained consecutively over the last three church services! God is not done with Piney Grove yet!

5th Sunday

The 5th Sunday will be on June 31st and the youth group will be singing. This will also be Pastor Floyd Turlington’s farewell sermon. Please continue to be in prayer for Piney Grove as we search for a new pastor.
